    Love their product but hate the customer service. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement for my damaged item. Took 2 weeks to respond. Yes they replaced it but did nothing for the inconvenience. Will never order again.

    Love These Drops

    I'm not consistent, but these drops make my hair soft. I may have other issues going on, but I do see growth in my edges. I decided to do the subscription to make sure I use them on a regular basis. I love the smell of the drops.

    It actually works!

    I have locs. But my edges were going from years of braids. I started the edge drop with no hope (which is why I did not take photos). By day 3 I saw a difference in the hair but by 14 days I could not believe my edges looked slightly fuller. In a month (last week) I wore my hair in a bun because the edges, tho still not fully grown, was enough to not look bald on the sides!

    My left side had little alopecia and is almostly completely regrown. My right side which was more damaged, now looks like the left when I started. I have put myself on a subscription for these drops now.

    I am a real person and this is not a paid review! Get it! Happy shopping.
