WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of your order to make a return. Any item(s) you return must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, and with all packaging intact and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition. Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept any requests for cancellations. To request a return once items have been received, please contact us via our Returns Portal, available here, and provide the information requested on the Returns Portal. If the return is approved, you will be sent an email with your return label. You may be responsible for paying for the return label that will be provided to you, and for a restocking fee, which together, will be $9.50. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; at which time, your refund will be processed and the applicable amount will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your original form of payment. All item bundles, travel size items, and digital gift cards are final sale, and not eligible for return. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@cecred.com to inquire about a replacement or refund. We may request that you send the faulty item back to us, and if we make such a request, we will send you a prepaid return label for you to ship the faulty item back to us. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We do not offer international returns and exchanges at this time.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed Monday through Friday are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from (excluding high volume periods and holidays).

Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on major holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Options & Costs
Domestic Orders : Cecred offers both Economy and Express Shipping options for the Continental United States and US Territories.
We do offer Economy (USPS) shipping to PO and APO boxes, domestically. 

Economy is shipped with [FEDEX/ USPS] and typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Express is shipped via [FedEx] and arrives within 2 business days after order has shipped.
Economy shipping is $7.95 on orders under $65 USD.
Economy Shipping is free on orders over $65 USD.
Express Shipping is $20.99 USD

International Orders: All international orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) and sent via Passport. Timeframes for delivery are specified at checkout and dependent on the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions Or Exclusions

No Hazmat.

We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Domestic (US orders) PO Boxes please select Economy (USPS) at checkout.

Missing Or Lost Packages
Please contact our customer care team via Email at support@cecred.com or via chat on our website. If your package has been lost in the mail OR if there are items missing from your order, please include your order number and any applicable pictures and our Customer Service team would be happy to help.
