CÉCRED HONORS SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Participation in the CÉCRED HONORS SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility:  Open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  Void where prohibited by law.[1]

 Sweepstakes Period:  The Sweepstakes begins on April 22, 2026 at 2 p..m. Pacific Time and ends on April 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.  All entries sent by mail must be postmarked by April 27, 2026 and be received April 30, 2026.

Instagram:  You will be automatically entered to win if you (i) are following @cecred on Instagram; and (ii) tag a friend in a comment on the Instagram post available at https://www.instagram.com/reel/DXcuEglEqHr/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Completing these two steps gives you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Tagging more than one (1) friend in a comment or in numerous comments on the Instagram post will not grant you more entries into the Sweepstakes.]

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Use of multiple email address to enter is not permitted and may result in disqualification from winning a prize.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.  No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. 

Prize:  The winner will receive Two (2) Tickets to our Cécred Honors Event and our full STYLING COLLECTION, SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Full Set of our FOUNDATION, PROTECTION, and STYLING COLLECTION, THIRD PRIZE: Our RESTORING HAIR & EDGE DROPS TRIO, each with an approximate retail value of $500 USD.  Three (3) prizes are available.  All prizes will be awarded.  No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.  All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Each winner of a prize with a value of $600 or more will be given a Form 1099-MISC and will be required to supply Sponsor with his or her social security number. 

Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning:  The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about April 27, 2026.  Potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message.  If (i) a prize notification; (ii) the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification by within seventy-two (72) hours to provide their mailing address to receive the prize; or (iii) the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited by potential winner and awarded to an alternate winner.  As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit and Release”),  The winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Winner should allow approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks after notification that winner has won a prize / mailing the Affidavit and Release to receive the prize.  The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:  No purchase necessary.  A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Sweepstakes or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Limitations of Liability:  Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or possession or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Facebook / Instagram: You acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) or the Instagram / Facebook service and application that Meta provides.  You hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Meta from any and all liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes.]

Disputes:  Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (i) any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, CA (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, shall be shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Privacy:  Information collected from entrants will be used for administration of this Sweepstakes, prize notification and delivery, posting the name of winner on the Winners List, and is otherwise subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://cecred.com/pages/cecred-privacy-policy.
