So I am very happy with how this performs. The only complaint I have is that you have to watch the amount you use or it will end up looking slightly oily. I also found out that the product will end up staying on your straightener or curling iron so next time you use it it will then re transfer to your hair. But I just wipe it down prior to using it again. It does cause a tiny bit of smoke to come off the heat tool as well it caught me off guard. It doesn't seem to be super damaging which I'm happy about. It leaves the hair very smooth and the cuticle seems to lay flat which is the goal in straightening. Very impressive beside the minor quirks it takes in getting used to it and the amount. Go lighter than it tells you too so you don't end up looking greasy. I already have oily hair so I don't need help there. But I'd highly recommend for that smooth finish sleek look I enjoy! This reviewer received something in exchange for this review.

I have 4C natural hair. My sister thought I’d put a perm in my hair, I told her I use Cécred silk glaze. she said you’re lying I said no baby this is Cécred. I use all of Cécred products because they work. When I usually blow dry my hair out.My hair is back in an Afro after like 48hrs thank you Cécred.

I have coarse 4c hair and this product helped smooth it out better than most other taming serums i have used. I used it on my daughter as well, and it kept our hair pressed and light weight. I would definitely recommend. This reviewer received something in exchange for this review.
