    Excellent for the scalp, not so much for the hair

    I found this when looking for something to reduce flaking on my scalp. Was overjoyed to see that it could be used to moisturize my hair too. Unfortunately it’s a bit too oily and weighed my hair down when I used it on day 3 post-washing. For context I have just rediscovered my 2B curls and would have loved them to be moisturized but full of volume too.

    Great moisturizing salve

    This salve moisturizes and soothes my scalp when it feels dry. It’s light enough to moisturize and seal my ends without weighting them down. It gives a nice shine to my hair. The subtle vanilla ish scent is very nice, not overbearing.
