How to Use

1. Pull off the cap and twist open the nozzle applicator.
2. Wet hair and scalp.
3. Apply first in your hand to activate lather or directly to your scalp and scrub for 2 minutes. Pro Tip: For a deeper exfoliation treatment, apply to a dry scalp first and massage gently. Then, wet your hair to lather and rinse thoroughly.
4. Work the lather into your strands, and continue to massage and rinse until your hair is thoroughly cleansed.
5. Follow with Hydrating Shampoo for our signature Cécred Double Cleanse.

    Replaced My Aussie Shampoo

    This is my second time purchasing the clarifying shampoo and scalp scrub. I love everything about this, including the scent! It’s not like regular scented shampoos. It’s almost like a musky cologne smell and I love it. It’s kept my scalp from itching, and I’ve noticed that the other products I use are able to penetrate better because I’m starting with a fresh base every time I style my hair! I use this once a week to get all the dirt from my scalp and strands. I’ve also have noticed a difference with the overall look of my hair when used with the moisturizing deep conditioner.

    A new take on shampoo

    I used this clarifying scrub as my first step in my wash day. I have 4c hair, so I sectioned my hair into a few twists to make my scalp more accessible to the scrub. I started out by thoroughly rinsing my hair with water and then I took some of the scrub, lathered it in my hands and rubbed it into my scalp. I was surprised by a few things at this point. (1) The scrub was not as abrasive as I thought it would be, which I personally loved. I was a little concerned about there being large beads in the scrub that would potentially leave scratches on my scalp or not completely wash out after rinsing. This hair clarifying scrub almost felt similar to that of a sugar scrub, so just enough roughness to thoroughly cleanse the scalp of any debris and/or dead skin before melting into a rich lather. (2) The scrub was not overly fragranced. It had a nice hit of peppermint that at least made me feel like it was doing a good job at cleaning my hair. (3) Although it was a scrub, like I mentioned earlier it rubs into a nice lather which I was able to run down the length of my hair to clean any of the built up product that may have been on it. Overall. This was a very easy product to use and I personally loved the experience. This was my first time using a hair clarifying scrub, so I will say that I was very skeptical at first, but after using it I am now interested in incorporating it into my hair wash day routine.     Absolutely Amazing!

    I have locs and I only wash my hair 2 or 3 times a mth. My hair is extremely dirty before I wash it! Lol My 1st wash of any shampoo usually never gives a good lather unless im using a ton of shampoo. THIS!!!! Shampoo lathered instantly with such a small amount and left my hair squeaky clean. I will only be using this until my time is up on this earth!!!!

    Game Changer!!!!

    I was skeptical, but want to give this line a try. The Clarifying Shampoo smells fresh like mint or tea tree. I immediately noticed a difference after washing. My daughter’s hair looked and felt wonderful after one wash! I like that the bottles have nice nozzles that reduce risk of waste. First photo is after shampoo.     Minty scalp peace

    My angry scalp has been soothed, cleansed and reset. I love this shampoo. It got rid of the build up of products and was a soothing sigh of relief to my big chop adventure!
