    No delivery, no communication

    I purchased two bottles on 12/1/25 and the original package was never delivered—almost certainly stolen due to the highly branded Cecred tape used on the box. Customer Support promised a replacement and created a new label on 12/21/25, but the tracking has shown no movement since that day.

    More than a month has passed with zero communication from Cecred Support, even after I reached out multiple times. Yet somehow, Cecred’s marketing emails arrive constantly. It’s difficult to remain understanding when they can promote new products daily but can’t respond to a paying customer.

    I’ve had positive experiences in the past, but for a company with such high prices, this situation has made me question the company’s professionalism and reliability. This is unacceptable, and has made me hesitant to ever order directly from them again.
